Katie and I have been great friends since school - I have admired her unique painting style since I was 12. We knew we wanted her to paint our beloved labrador Teddy as we felt no one else would be able to capture him quite as well.
Katie puts people at ease with her humour and warmth and she has always had a deep affinity with animals. Katie was extremely professional and patient, coming over on 3 occasions to do photoshoots in different locations, as we wanted to make sure we got it just right. Not only has Katie captured a true likeness of Teddy, she has captured his essence - she made sure that the painting was exactly what we wanted and that we loved it.
We cherish our painting now Teddy has sadly left us and our 3 boys each have a print (also arranged with Katie). For an empathetic and very skilled painter I cannot recommend Katie enough.
