Add the work to your basket and pay securely by card at the checkout, which is run by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this website.

As soon as your payment goes through, you will receive an email confirming your order, and the work is marked as sold on the website so nobody else can buy it.

Katie will then be in touch personally by email, usually within a few days, to arrange delivery.

If you would like to see a painting before you buy it, you are very welcome to arrange a visit to the studio at The Forge, Hinton St Mary. Just get in touch.

UK delivery on original paintings: free.

Katie arranges the delivery of each painting herself, and will agree a delivery date with you by email after you have ordered.

Paintings are carefully wrapped and packed to protect them on the journey.

Delivery is to UK addresses only at the moment. If you are outside the UK, please get in touch before ordering and Katie will see what can be arranged.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the work arriving. Just email Katie to let her know, then send the work back within a further 14 days, in its original condition and packaging.

Once it is safely back at the studio, Katie will refund the full price, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days. The cost of sending a work back is yours, unless it arrived damaged.

If anything arrives damaged, please let Katie know straight away, with a photograph if you can, and she will put it right.

Commissioned paintings are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
